= A Magnet
The first layer is a protective film, crucial component to protect your picture.
The second layer is your printed picture with the highest quality.
The third layer is a metallic shell to offer a hard support and ensure the picture is framed adequately.
The 4th layer is a solid cardboard added to the back. It provide the depth of the magnet.
The final layer is the magnetic component itself so your magnets stick to all magnetic surface you put them on!
Once all the layers are added together, the magnet goes for a final inspection prior to be packaged.
Steps to craft the magnets

The first step is the digital preparation: resizing and positioning your pictures on our tool for a perfect alignment before printing.
The second step is to print your pictures on professional Photo paper for the best rendering.
The cutting process is done in 2 steps:
- Cut the larger sheet in strips.
- Cut individually each photo to match the magnet frame.
The assembling process requires 3 steps:
- Assemble the Picture, Protective Film, & Metallic shell
- Add on the Solid Cardboard
- Finally, add the Magnetic sheet.
We repeat those steps individually for each magnet.
Once the magnet is finalized, an inspection is performed to ensure the highest quality.
Each magnet is finally individually wrapped, and then packaged for delivery within fully recyclable material, yet ensuring safe transport of the magnets.
